.... It has been a hell of a year.
I'm back in school which sucks. I'm glad I'm doing it but it's hard to adjust. The whole not having free time thing is killing me. Leland has picked up all of the slack though, making things much easier. But it's hard and I'm frustrated.
The winter weather is really getting to me, even though we haven't had a bad winter at all. I'm not myself and I'm not quite sure what to do about it.
I'm on weight watchers and I love it. I have lost 14 pounds so far and instead of being happy about my success I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Why do I do that?
But enough about me, how are all of you?

Congrats on returning to school and the weight loss!!!
2.5 years later, and I still hate the loss of free time the most. Sometimes I just get downright crabby about it because I miss my husband, my quiet time, my blog, my friends...I always have to remind myself that it will eventually be over. Good luck!
I have had great luck and much success on Weight Watchers. I love how I can eat whatever I want as long as I plan for it. You sound like you're off to a great start!
Going back to school is not easy, but that just make it more rewarding when you graduate. Just stick to it one day at a time. Then one day, there will be no need to because you are finished.
Well done on the school and weight loss. Hard but positive changes.
I do the same thing ... why didn't I do it years ago..
my husband can commiserate with Leland. I have zero free time and am generally miserable to be around during the week. I have this feeling of dread every morning. Not sure if I have made the right decision either. We've started giving shots and doing venipuncture and honestly I'm not all that comfortable with it. My life is basically school. eat. homework. bed. repeat. Like you my job sucked and I had no future with it which is how I ended up where I am. I am probably much more suited for something creative but this is where the jobs are.
congratulations on your weight loss. To be able to lose that much weight while going to school is extremely admirable. I munch at the computer and when I'm bummed about school work which is pretty much every day :D
great job getting back in school, it will be worth it.
How expensive is the WW thingy? I am back at with the exercise finally but the whole food thing is still hard for husband and I. Our weight isn't going to go down until we get our food leveled out. I was thinking about WW because I could pay for me and cook the same for both of us.
Hi! That is awesome that you are back in school! It will be over before you know it (hopefully) and you can return to your normal life.
Missed you!
I hope school is going well - are you being a mentally absorbant student?
Way to go with the weight loss - Please pat yourself on the back instead of undermining yourself... *Hugs*
I've missed you --- I hope you are warming up - the extra hour of daylight ought to be a help!
I think you should be reminding yourself that you're a rockstar for taking back control of your life. Welcome back for however briefly you make it to blogland.
14 pounds is great..and doesn't matter when you did it..but that you did it..welcome back
Weight loss is weight loss, girl!
Going back to school is great (although grueling!) and thank god you didn't wait as long as I have...it gets harder with age!
I'm good. Nothing to see here. LOL!
Thinking about you and wondering how the school year ended?
Losing 14 pounds is definitely awesome! How did you do it? Hope you could share your secret tips on how to lose weight fast and safe. I’ve been working for the past few months and until now I have only loosed 8 pounds. I love to eat and try different menus. Maybe that’s the reason why I keep on gaining weight:)
