Noveling Madness

NaNoWriMo has been in progress for 4 days and I am amazed at how many bloggers are participating and still posting blogs. All of my spare time is spent writing my novel. I don’t know how they do it. Right now I am so focused on reaching my goal that I really can’t think of anything else.

I even dream about it. I have had dreams about my novel since Saturday night. It is not good. I think I am worrying too much. I can’t think about NaNo 24 hours a day though that is what I am doing. It’s getting exhausting and it has only been 4 days.

I’m not giving up though. That would be crazy. Plus, Leland says he is planning a celebration for me when I reach 50,000 words and I really don’t want to miss out on that!

NaNoWriMo word count: 4094

Good luck with the novel. Trouble with the blog a day, it makes it harder for me to keep up with the reading.. I am exhausted and need sleep

You're doing fine. Just keep with it.

I'm blogging, but about NaNoWriMo, so it doesn't take me very long. Also, I don't proofread my blog posts :)

Go for it! I am in awe of anyone who even attempts to write a novel.

You might get writing inspiration while taking long, brisk walks, the oxygen pumping thru your brain and all that.

I can't speak for others but I write most of my blogs in advance and set them to post...like little time bombs waiting to go off. I spent most of the last two weeks of October writing blogs and stockpiling them in preparation.

You can do it! Put all of that worry to rest and just know that you can and will do it! And get some sleep! Can't wait to see it!

Go Yankee Girl goooooooooooooooo!

:)

And when you are done - you can post it in a blog (or maybe one per chapter?)

I once wrote a book... I did all the page numbers... and then I got bored. :)

Ah, it is not easy. It is so damn hard. Did I mention that it is not easy?
I don't like pressure, deadlines, and all that must do things. I write whenever I feel like it,.. now I have to write. Every day. I don't find it fabulous. At all. But I have told myself that I can still complete, even if I would type that last word on the last day of this year.
Good luck to you! Looking forward to reading your novel.
